So yeh I never wanna do that pose again…which I fail at LOL…Sebastian did so much better XD.
I think I was as horrified as Ciel just doing it for the camera .
I wanted to capture the panel from the manga as much as possible but it was hard to get the right effect etc. This panel >>> [link]
If you didn’t know and were wondering Ciel and Sebastian are supposed to be in disguise, hence the blonde wig I’m wearing and Sebastian’s extensions. You can hardly see the bandage but man that thing was a pain to put on LOL.
My costume isn’t actually finished…I want to put a stiff backing on my vest (who was I to think that fabric would not crush >_> ) When Im not moving it sits fine but myeh. Also I want to remake the necktie when I can find ribbon that matches properly, this one is just fabric so it doesn’t sit as nice. I pretty much made this outfit in a week after work but I’m not happy with it in general as my sewing machine died at a crucial point and had been giving me crappy lines. I caved and bought a good machine, a singer, which is amazing DX! Also there is no colour reference yet for this outfit so I just chose fabrics I thought looked nice 8D. I bet if it comes out in colour its completely different…I couldn’t find a striped fabric that matched my image of it anyways so had to make do. Also I chose a pale blonde for the wig as his hair seemed to be shaded like Druitt and not like white haired characters but who knows 8D./woah rant/
